Unlike many animal sanctuaries, Black Pine Animal Sanctuary is open to the public. We maintain a committed effort to ensure the well-being of the animals above and beyond anything else, so visitors are expected to abide by our rules at all times. We welcome thousands of visitors each year, including individuals,families, school field trips, scouts, church and youth groups, and company picnics. The proceeds from sanctuary tours and souvenir purchases provide the majority of operating funds each year required to provide care to the animals.
